Day 1 - Kathmandu

Hotel Manaslu

Welcome to Nepal! Your included transfer will bring you to your hotel. This evening, gather with your local leader and fellow adventurers for a welcome meeting. Later, explore Kathmandu by rickshaw, a popular way for locals and visitors to move about the city.

Day 2 - Kathmandu

Hotel Manaslu

Breakfast Included

Your AAA Complimentary Inclusion is a short flight over Mount Everest — the world's tallest mountain — offering mesmerizing views of the country's immense snow-capped mountains. Form authentic connections through a profound visit to Seven Women, a social enterprise working to help disadvantaged women in Nepal become educated and employed. Later, you decide how the day unfolds. Choose from a cooking class at Seven Women, where you will learn about the traditional Nepali dishes. Or, hike up to Nagi Gompa — a nunnery sitting high above Kathmandu — renowned for its training of classical Buddhist philosophy. Nuns from around the Himalayan region come here for serene studies and reflection.

Day 3 - Kathmandu to Pokhara

Hotel Shangri La Village

Breakfast Included

Today you fly to spectacular Pokhara — also known as "the jewel of the Himalaya"— and the gateway to a popular trail there. A visit to the International Mountain Museum and the World Peace Pagoda recounts a journey through the long history of mountaineering and the indigenous people of this region. After viewing the Pagoda — a monument designed to inspire world peace — you'll hike down to the city's lake for a tranquil boat ride.

Day 4 - Pokhara

Hotel Shangri La Village

Breakfast Included

Venture to Sarangkot — a beautiful mountainside village, where the peaks of the Himalayas soar in the background. Local character and traditions come alive today as you hear stories of surviving in exile from Tibetan refugees — and learn about ancient wellness treatments from a Tibetan doctor. The evening is yours to relax in this serene environment.

Day 5 - Pokhara to Bandipur

The Old Inn

Breakfast, Dinner Included

In Bandipur — an ancient Newari mountain town — you will be introduced to a region untouched by modernization. Laced with temples and historical architecture, explore this preserved medieval town on a guided walking tour.

Day 6 - Bandipur

The Old Inn

Breakfast, Dinner Included

Discover the beauty of rural Nepal today with a leisurely hike through Muchuk Village — to the village of Ramkot. Ramkot is a typical Magar village and offers you an opportunity to experience the lifestyle of rural Nepal.

Day 7 - Bandipur to Chitwan

Jungle Villa Resort

Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Included

Spend the day in Chitwan National Park — a UNESCO World Heritage Site — recognized for its protection of the one-horned rhinoceros. Your lodge has a variety of activity options. Personalize your adventure with bird watching, canoeing or a jungle drive.

Day 8 - Chitwan

Jungle Villa Resort

Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Included

In this agricultural district, farmers cultivate crops of rice, maize, lentils and mustard. Rich in flora and fauna, a nature walk would be an ideal activity here. Or, perhaps you'll choose to visit the Crocodile Conservation Awareness Project, where the endangered crocodile eggs are hatched, raised and released into the rivers.

Day 9 - Chitwan to Kathmandu and Bhaktapur

Hotel Bhadgaon

Breakfast Included

Fly back to Kathmandu today and transfer to the city of Bhaktapur, also known as the City of Devotees. Preserved palace courtyards sit among the city center, which is listed as a World Heritage Site.
